COVID-19 vaccines will be making their way into the Cariboo’s schools.
In letters to parents and guardians from Interior Health, it was announced that COVID-19 vaccine clinics would be open in schools on some days.
In Interior Health, clinics will be coming to:
- Lake City Secondary, Williams Lake, Tuesday, September 8th
- GROW/Skyline, Williams Lake, Friday, October 1st
- Lake City Secondary Columneetza Campus, Tuesday, October 5th
- Peter Skene Ogden Secondary, 100 Mile House, Tuesday, October 5th
Interior Health is recommending parents and guardians to make an effort to discuss vaccination with their families, and involve their children in immunization decisions.
