The Williams Lake Stampede Association has a new president.
Tim Rolph, who will be taking over long-time President Fred Thomas’s reign says he’s really excited.
“You know we’re really lucky to have had a past president in Fred Thomas who has dedicated so many years well he was there and has had made it a pretty easy position to step into,” he said.
“I’m looking forward to continuing on in the direction we have been going and maybe make some expansions to the whole event.”
Rolph had previously served as past vice president, as well as director.
The Williams Lake Stampede Association will also be welcoming back past director Daryl Williamson, who will be replacing Liz Crosina.
Thomas will still remain on the Association’s Board of Directors for one more year and also serve as Past President.
