Northern Health: Flu Season Is Here as Are Vaccines

Flu season is here according to Northern Health.
Health Officer, Dr. William Osei says there are action plans in place in case of flu vaccine shortages.

The province of BC ran short of flu vaccines in some regions last year and has ordered an extra 60,00 doses more.

Northern Health says they have an approximate supply of 45-50 thousand doses.

Osei says the flu vaccine is the best shot at not only protecting your own health but also that of others.
