Lighting struck south of Horse Lake in the Lone Butte area tonight approximately around 5:00 pm. (Wednesday)
BC Wildfire Services are on scene.
RCMP is asking people in the Lone Butte area to stay off the roads.
RCMP says evacuating isn’t needed yet in the Lone Butte area, but residents are being asked to prepare for it just in case.
