RCMP respond to accident on Horse Lake Road

100 Mile House RCMP were called out to Horse Lake Road at around 6:30 this morning.

Police say a vehicle had rolled into the ditch just west of the Horse Lake Elementary school.

RCMP say the road was closed briefly and there were alternate routes.

The driver, and lone occupant, was taken to hospital with minor injuries, and has since been released.

RCMP believe that alcohol may have been a contributing factor in the crash.

An investigation continues.
