As the seasons shift and leaves continue to fall, the District of 100 Mile House has a plan to deal with the ground cover.
A fall clean-up is in the works says Brad Scott, the foreman of public works for the district
“We will be doing a fall pickup of debris – leaves, branches, those kinds of things. Probably the last week of October – the 26th to 30th.”
During the dates for the clean up, residents can leave branches, leaves and other yard debris on the curb for the district to collect.
