CN crews dealing with incident in Hixon

CN crews are responding to an incident today (Thursday) in Hixon, involving hydrogen peroxide leaking from the top of a rail car.

According to a CN spokesperson, there is no danger to public safety as there are no derailments or injuries reported.

A minor fire was caused on CN property but was quickly put out.

The company estimates  less than 5 liters of product leaked from the tanker car.
