A motor vehicle incident closed Highway 97 near 70 Mile House yesterday afternoon.
Witnesses say two vehicles were involved in the collision. The incident happened around 2:15 PM near Cunningham Road. Emergency services were on the scene of the apparently fatal accident for most of the afternoon.
Drive BC reported the highway reopened at 6 PM. No further information is available at press time.
