Cougars Earn Weekend Split

The Cariboo Cougars earned a weekend split against the visiting Greater Vancouver Canadians in the BC Major Midget Hockey League.
There wasn’t much to chose from between these two teams as the Cougars lost the first game 3-2 on Saturday before rebounding for a 3-2 win on Sunday.
Williams Lake’s Colton Thomas picked up an assist in the win.
The Cougars are now 4-1 and 1 on the season…good enough for 2nd place in the 11-team league.
