Trial date set in connection with suspicious fire in Williams Lake

Two men, accused of lighting a fire at the Stampede Grounds in Williams Lake, will go to trial.

40-year old David Gibbons and 37-year old Kirk Sargent are due back in court on June 9th of next year.

Both are charged with Arson in relation to an inhabited property.

The charges are in connection with a fire in behind Shoppers Drug Mart back on July 9th.
