Cariboo-North MLA Affected by Cabinet Shuffle

Cariboo North Liberal MLA Coralee Oakes was part of a surprise cabinet shuffle Thursday morning.

Oakes, formerly the Minister of Community, Sport, and Cultural Development, will now be the Minister of Small Business and responsible for the Liquor Distribution Branch.

Peter Fassbender goes from Education into Coralee’s old portfolio.

Mike Bernier is the new Minister of Education and Naomi Yamamoto is now Minister of State for Emergency Preparedness which will now be part of the Ministry of Transportation and Infrastructure.
