A Quesnel boxer took on the number one ranked fighter in the U.S. in her division on Saturday night in Oregon.
Britynn “Hurricane” Carter, a member of the Two Rivers Boxing Club, battled Grace Kennedy from North Dakota through three rounds in the 114 pound Bantamweight class.
Unfortunately, she lost a decision.
This was by far the best opponent that the 13-year old Carter has faced to date.
