A single-vehicle motorcycle accident closed Highway 97 Wednesday afternoon south of Clinton near Maiden Creek hill.
RCMP Cpl. Madonna Saunderson said the 50-year-old man was taken to hospital with serious injuries.
The incident occurred at approximately 3 pm, and the highway was closed for about two hours.
Saunderson said cause has not been determined and the investigation is continuing
