A trip to visit a relative in Likely went wrong for two people from Hinton, Alberta who face theft charges following a single rollover yesterday morning.
Williams Lake RCMP says they responded to the incident on Spanish Lake Road at 12:38 pm.
RCMP say the vehicle which sustained substantial damage was stolen and add that a further investigation of a nearby campsite discovered a stolen cargo and RV trailer and also four snowmobile sleds.
A third suspect in the rollover, RCMP say meanwhile managed to escape in a stolen pickup from 100 Mile House.
Williams Lake RCMP, with the assistance of Hinton RCMP, continue to investigate.
