A Lotto Max ticket worth $191,154.70 sold in Williams Lake has been officially claimed.
Debbie Freeman says she had been playing for sometime before winning on a quick play purchased from Save-On-Foods.
“I pick my own numbers. I play the same numbers every Friday, probably since it started.”
Freeman who has worked at Shoppers Drug Mart for the past 10 years, spoke fondly of her co-workers who celebrated her win with her on Wednesday.
“We’re like family here so it was awesome that they were happy for me.”
“It was really, really nice.”
As for what Freeman plans to do with her winnings, she says she’s looking forward to investing it for retirement.
