Cariboo Tim Hortons raise over $20,000 to send kids to camp

The final numbers are in!

Tim Hortons across the Cariboo raised over $20,000 on Wednesday to help send children to camp.

Owner of Tim Hortons in Williams Lake, Vic Sharman says it was a great day and adds that he has heard personal accounts from local children and their families who have benefited through Camp Day.

“It’s just amazing how it turns their lives around,” he said.

The Williams Lake location alone raised $7,109, with both locations in Quesnel in at about $4,200 each, and 100 Mile House at around $6,500.
