Camp Day Success: Cariboo Tim Hortons Raise over $10,000 with more numbers to come in

The numbers are starting to come in from Tim Hortons across the Cariboo from Wednesday’s Camp Day.

Owner of Tim Hortons in 100 Mile House Steve MacPhail, says there was fantastic support all the way around.

“You know the generosity of our community down here as small as it is, it never ceases to amaze me with how people come out and support,” he said.

“This year was no exception.”

MacPhail says $6,495-almost one grand more compared to last year was raised to help send children to various camps across Canada.

Tim Hortons on Newman Rd in Quesnel meanwhile raised $4,293, with numbers yet to come in from the location on Front St and also in Williams Lake.
