Fourteen people took advantage of the first day of advance voting for the Area F by-election.
Advance voting was held at the CRD office in Williams Lake until 8 p.m. Wednesday.
Monday (March 25) will be the second and last advance polling day at the CRD Williams Lake Office.
Three candidates including Brice O’Neill, Shannon Rerie, and Maureen LeBourdais are running for Area F Director.
General voting date is Saturday, March 30th.
“Residents can vote between 8 a.m. and 8 p.m. at the 150 Mile School, Horsefly Community Hall, Big Lake Community Hall, Likely School or CRD Williams Lake Office,” said manager of communications Emily Epp.
“Residents should bring two pieces of I.D.”
Epp said if people are not a resident of Area F but own property in Area F with multiple owners listed, they also need to bring a completed “Non-Resident Property Elector Consent Form”.
