Missing 12 Year Old Girl from 150 Mile House Area Located

Update 12:15 p.m. Saturday, March 16:

Williams Lake RCMP confirms a 12-year-old girl last seen Friday morning in the 150 Mile House area is safe and has been reunited with her family.

S/Sgt. Del Byron said Rebecca Mann was located safe in Williams Lake.

“Our sincere thanks to all those that assisted in any way to help locate the young lady,” said Cpl. Matthew Shearer in a news release Saturday afternoon.

“Thanks very much.”

Williams Lake RCMP is requesting the public’s help in locating a missing 12-year-old girl.

Rebecca Mann was last seen at 3136 Pigeon Road in the 150 Mile House area between 1 a.m. and 3 a.m. Friday, March 15.

“We have search and rescue activated and we have a police dog from Prince George involved,” said RCMP S/Sgt. Del Byron noting that it was an Uncle of Mann’s who reported her missing.

“We’ve checked all over town. Parents are looking and the family is looking.”

Mann is described as 5’2” and 100 lbs in weight.

RCMP ask anyone who may have information regarding the location of Mann to contact them at (250) 392-6211 or call Crime Stoppers at 1 800 222-6211.
