100 Mile House will be debt-free by July.
That from Mayor Mitch Campsall, who says it took 10 years to get to this point.

Campsall says it was a priority to get to this point as it saves the district millions of dollars over time in interest payment.
He says the fact that the district will be debt free, will drop taxes by a small amount.
100 mile House will be one of the very few communities in Canada that can make the debt-free claim.
