A date has been set for a Preliminary Inquiry in Williams Lake for a 23-year old man who is charged with Second Degree Murder.
Kyle Gilpin is due back in court on Nov. 4.
He’s also facing one count each of Obstructing Justice and Uttering Threats to Cause Death or Bodily Harm.
Alexis Creek RCMP was called to a residence on the Redstone reserve back on Oct. 19, 2018.
Upon arrival, police say they discovered a deceased adult male.
