One of Two Kamloops Murder Suspects Arrested

One of two men who has been charged with murder and attempted murder in Kamloops has been located.

51-year-old Hugh Alexander McIntosh was arrested earlier Tuesday in Langley.

“He was arrested without incident,” Kamloops RCMP said in a news release.

McIntosh was wanted for the murder of Jason Glover which occurred on Friday, Feb. 15.

Still unaccounted is 35-year-old Gordie Wayne Braaten.

“All resources available at Kamloops RCMP are focused on locating Braaten, but the public’s assistance is still requested,” RCMP said.

Braaten is considered to be armed and dangerous.

He is described as:

  • Caucasian
  • 6’ tall
  • 165 lbs
  • Short brown hair
  • Green eyes
  • Athletic build

If you see Braaten do not approach him and contact the local police or Crime Stoppers.
