CNC In Quesnel Didn’t Have To Go Far To Hire New Regional Principal

The College of New Caledonia in Quesnel has a new Regional Principal.

Tim Lofstrom will take over that role on February 28th.

Lofstrom comes from the Quesnel School District where he has been since 2006.

He was principal of School District 28’s Continuing and Adult Education in 2014 and is currently the Principal of Bouchie Lake Elementary School.

“I’ve worked with students at a different stage in their life,” he said. “Seeing students enter the final phase of their education and move on to successful lives is very powerful for me.”

Lofstrom also spent more than 14 years teaching in the kindergarten to grade 7 system in Mackenzie…

“I love connecting with students to help them solve problems,” he said. “It’s truly rewarding to watch them overcome challenges and grow from them.”
