A Bail hearing has been set for June 3rd for a 54-year old Likely man who is charged with manslaughter.
Guy William Smith is also facing one count of Indignity to Human Remains.
The charges are in connection with the death of 60-year old Gary Price, also from Likely.
Price went missing in March of 2013 and his remains were later discovered on a local property on September 19th of last year.
Smith was arrested earlier this month in Saskatoon after a Canada Wide Warrant was issued.
