Macnair to Run For City Council

She’s worked in a number of capacities serving youth and now hopes to work as a City Councillor.

Bobbi-Jo Macnair says she will be running for City Council in Williams Lake.

Macnair says she would like to see youth take an active role within the city by casting their vote on November 15th.

“I think it’s so that important that our youth begin to become involved in politics and make decisions that are right for them and stop letting everybody else make their decisions for them.”

Macnair says she is dedicated to improving transparency within city hall and challenging city council and management to look at issues from a new perspective.
