Ongoing site rehabilitation of Hazeltine Creek has the Ministry of Forests, Lands, and Natural Resource Operations reminding residents that the Horsefly-Likely Service Road (Ditch Road) will remain closed until further notice.
Gavin and Horsefly-Polley Lake Forest Service Roads will also remain closed due to the presence of heavy industrial equipment operating in the area.
The Ministry says the work is expected to be complete with the roads reopening by fall.
Polley Lake and Raft Creek recreation sites, which were also affected by the Mt. Polley tailings pond breach, will also remain closed to the public during the stream rehabilitation and reconstruction process.
