McHappy Day was a huge success in Quesnel yesterday.
Owner Jonathan Metcalfe, says the restaurant was very busy which was good news for the Child Development Centre (CDC) in Quesnel…
“You buy a Big Mac, or a McHappy Meal or any McCafe Beverage, a dollar was donated to CDC,” he says.
“Of that, we raised $5,500. Last year we raised $5,200.”
Metcalfe says they chose the CDC because of all of the work they do with children in the community.
He says the day exceeded his expectations
