Quesnel Skyfest Searching for Volunteers

SkyFest in Quesnel gets bigger and better each year but with that comes the need for more volunteers.
Betsy Van Halderen, a member of the Quesnel SkyFest Society, says they had 100 to 120 volunteers back in 2013.
She says they will probably need twice as many this year as it is a bigger show that will include the SkyHawks, a Canadian Armed Forces Parachute Team of 22.
Van Halderen says the jobs that they need help with are not difficult.
She says they are for things like parking and security in the fields as she says they are expecting as many as 20,000 people this year, which would be up from around 8.
Van Halderen says those who can help out can sign up on their website (http://goo.gl/eUGXe1).
She says there is also a link from their Facebook page.
SkyFest 2015, Quesnel’s International Airshow, will take place on August 1st and 2nd this year.
