Quesnel Athlete in the 2nd Round of WHL Playoffs

The second round of the Western Hockey League playoffs are getting underway tonight.

The Victoria Royals are in Kelowna to take on the Rockets with a little representation from the Cariboo.

Rugged, stay-at-home blueliner Ryan Gagnon – a Quesnel native – plays for the Rockets.

Gagnon was +2  with 6PIM in 5 first round playoff games.

The Royals will be getting a Cari-boost next season as the six-foot-one defender will be joined by goaltender Griffin Outhouse of Williams Lake
