A wildfire was discovered 15 kilometers southeast of the community of 70 Mile House Wednesday afternoon.
Robin Clark of the BC Wildfire Service says the fire is currently 15 hectares in size and crews with heavy equipment are responding.
Smoke from the fire is highly visible to the surrounding communities.
