Two Cariboo Competitors Cash Cheques On Canadian Pro Rodeo Tour

A 150 Mile cowgirl has a much needed good weekend on the Canadian Pro Rodeo tour.

Kirsty White was 3rd in the Ladies Barrel Racing in Medicine Hat and 6th in Bonnyville for a total of more 26-hundred dollars in earnings.

She went into the weekend in 20th place in the overall standings. so she has some work to do this year if she’s to make the Canadian Finals.

Virgil Poffenroth from Riske Creek also cashed a cheque.

He earned a 2-3 split in the Tie Down Roping in Bruce, Alberta for almost 12-hundred and 87 dollars.
