Funds Being Raised for Girl Badly Burned By Science Project

A fundraiser for a young 100 Mile House girl who suffered serious burns has raised over $16, 000 dollars as of last Saturday.

11 year old Presley Dalton was taken to BC Childrens hospital a week ago after an accident involving a school science project she was working on. The young girl suffered burns over much of her body.

Her mother, Karen Peterson, owner of Blissed Out yoga studio, says that the outpouring of support is amazing. A GoFundme page set up for Dalton to help the family during this crisis raised nearly all of its $20, 000 dollar goal in the first few days.
