The Centennial Park stage project in 100 Mile House is nearing completion.
Wally Bramsleven of Sitka log homes says the roof is now on and will be shingled this week. The electrical system is 60 percent complete, and the wheelchair ramp is installed. Volunteers have been battling the heat and the bugs to finish the project.
Bramsleven says the project should be complete by next week, and there are already several groups looking to use the facility.
Any group wanting to use the new stage should contact the district office.
He wishes to thank all the people who have helped and donated time and materials.
