Pro Rodeo Stop Good For Cariboo Competitors

It was a good weekend for Cariboo competitors on the Canadian Pro Rodeo circuit.

Brett Wills, from Quesnel originally, was the runner-up in the Ladies Barrel Racing in Innisfail, Alberta for just under 26-hundred dollars.

That will move her within the top five in the overall standings.

150 Mile’s Kirsty White was 13th for 321 dollars and change.

Virgil Poffenroth, from Riske Creek, was 5th in the Tie Down Roping with a time of 8 and 7 for 12-hundred 83 dollars.

And Quesnel’s Dustin Nicholson was 10th in the Steer Wrestling for 331 dollars.
