Quesnel Man Set To Go To Trial For Murder
A trial date has now been set for a Quesnel man who is accused of Murder.
21-year old Edward James Penner is due back in Supreme Court in Whitehorse on August 22nd.
He is charged with First Degree Murder and has elected to be tried by a jury.
Penner was arrested in July of last year in connection with the death of 25-year old Adam Cormack, who’s body was found in a forested area.
Police have not said how he died.
