A home on Soda Creek Road in Williams Lake was destroyed after a blaze broke out early Wednesday morning.
“We’ve talked to the homeowner and our investigator has been out there again this morning,” says Rob Warnock, Deputy Fire Chief of the Williams Lake Fire Department that responded to the structure fire at 12:45 am.
“We were there for about three and a half hours last night, and it’s under investigation at this point-it’s not deemed suspicious at all.”
No injuries are reported.
Twenty four firefighters attended with four apparatus and two tenders from Wildwood for water support.
