3rd year nursing students return to Williams Lake TRU campus to offer health fair

A health fair will be taking place at Williams Lake TRU Campus on Monday.

3rd-year TRU nursing student Kelly Anne O’Neill says the fair which will focus on childhood obesity and diabetes, will have some extra meaning to the students since the campus only offers years the first 2 years of their 4-year program.

The health fair which will also focus on informing the community about the roles of a nurse practitioner and why the TRU health centre is a valuable resource for the community will run on Monday from noon until 6.
