That is the message being made after Williams Lake officially lost another business (M&M Meat Shops) yesterday.
Mayor Walt Cobb who reiterates the importance of thinking twice before shopping out of town, says the City is continuing to work closely with the BIA to find solutions.
Cobb adds that he is well aware of the increasing challenges local businesses face when trying to compete against chain stores.
The Economic Development Corporation meanwhile, who will also be working to address vacant downtown businesses, will have their first meeting on April 1st.
