Premier Christy Clark, and Keith Mitchell, Chair of the British Columbia Achievement Foundation, have named the 2015 recipients of the BC Community Achievement awards.
Elizabeth Hunter, Museum and Heritage Manager for the City of Quesnel, says 92-year-old Quesnel resident Tom Moffat has ensured that the history of the City and it’s residents is remembered.
Moffat was one of 34 recipients from across the province to receive the BC Community Achievement Awards which will be presented at a ceremony at in Victoria on April 24th.
