A meeting is taking place in the North Cariboo for anyone who would like to be a volunteer firefighter.
10 Mile Lake Fire Chief Dan Keeler says they are holding a recruitment meeting this evening at 7 pm at the fire hall.
Keeler says everyone is welcome to attend and there will be a tour of the hall and they will go over what it takes to be a firefighter.

Keeler says they had 34 call-outs in 2014.
He says there is no cost as volunteers will receive free training, gear, and equipment.
