Williams Lake captured won gold at the BC Hockey midget female championship with a thrilling 4-3 victory over Tri-Cities in the provincial final.
It was the only loss in the tournament for Tri-Cities, who won their first six games.
Williams Lake finished 4-1-1 in the seven team round robin.
They dropped their opener 3-0 to Tri Cities before a 2-0 win over Kamloops, a 7-2 win over North East, a 1-1 tie against North Shore, a 6-2 triumph over Vancouver Island and a 4-0 victory over North West.
