There was a vehicle fire in Quesnel last night.
Fire Chief Sylvain Gauthier explains…
“At around quarter after eleven last night the Quesnel Fire Department was dispatched to a vehicle fire just beside Bliss restaurant on the west side. We were notified by a passerby, then the owner found out that the vehicle was on fire and he showed up on scene probably 10 to 12 minutes after we got to the scene.”
Gauthier says the vehicle was in the parking lot between Bliss and KaKalots restaurant and was completely destroyed.
No one was hurt.
The cause remains under investigation.
