A trial date has been set for the manager of Mary Jane’s Glass and Gifts in Williams Lake.
Mark Cowan, charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance for the Purpose of Trafficking, is due back in Provincial Court on October 25th.
The charge is in connection with an alleged incident back on April 3rd of last year.
Williams Lake RCMP say they executed a search warrant at the store and seized a quantity of marijuana.
Christopher Hoyland, an employee at the store, was also charged.
He pled guilty and received a conditional discharge.
