A temporary Principal has been appointed to Horsefly Elementary-Secondary School.
The announcement that Rick Miller will be coming out of retirement to assume this position effective April, 3, 2018 was made Monday afternoon by School District 27
Mark Wintjes Superintendent of Schools knows Miller very well and is pleased that he accepted this role
“ Rick has been with us for quite some time. He actually retired last year and then when this opportunity came up he was quite excited about it and we thought that he would be a great fit for the school”.
Miller had recently retired from the position of Principal of Mountview Elementary School where he had been since 2005.
