Police in Williams Lake are asking for the public’s assistance in a hit and run incident that happened on Donald Road on January 5.
“Two male occupants had parked the vehicle midway between the Boston Pizza Sports bar and theGreyhound bus station at 4:32 pm,” said Cst. Claudia Stanec in a media release.
“The occupant’s removed some items out of the rear of the vehicle putting them in the cab of the truck. They then went inside the Sports bar.”
“At 5:57 pm another person arrives in a small SUV, gets out of this vehicle, has conversation with one of the occupants that had come out of the Sports bar, then going to the offending vehicle.”
This person according to Police then started the pickup and backed out of the parking stall into the parked vehicle causing damage to front driver’s door.
The offending vehicle is described as a newer model black Dodge pickup with chrome mag rims.
