Lake City councilor has charges dropped

Lake City Councilor Surinderpal Rathor is no longer facing the charge of Obstruction of Justice.
We spoke with the Councilor to get his reaction to the news.
The charges stemmed from December 24th, 2012 when Councilor Rathor assisted police as a translator for a criminal code case.
It was alleged that Rathor interfered with the investigation beyond his role as a translator.
