RCMP Warn Motorists of Icy Road Conditions South of Williams Lake

The Williams Lake RCMP report of a single vehicle rollover that occurred this morning near Enterprise Rd. south of Williams Lake on Highway 97.

Staff Sgt. Del Byron says the incident occurred after 9 am.

He says that a southbound ambulance with a patient headed to Kamloops stopped to render assistance, but ended up sliding into the ditch due to the icy road conditions.

No injuries are reported in either incident.

Roads south of Williams Lake according to Byron are in poor driving condition.
