Williams Lake RCMP say charges have now been laid in connection to an assault that took place last month and sent one person to hospital.
21-year-old Linden William of Williams Lake has been charged with one count of aggravated assault and one count of assault with a weapon.
RCMP were called to the 400 block of Dodwell Street on October 1, 2017 after 5 am for what was initially reported as a disturbance complaint and while responding were notified by medical personnel that a person had been brought to the hospital with serious injuries.
Linden is scheduled to appear in Williams Lake Provincial Court on November 29.
