A date has been set for Jury Selection in the trial of a 100 Mile House man who is charged in connection with a shooting.
46-year old Nicholas Finley will be back in Supreme Court in Williams Lake on April 9th.
He’s charged with one count each of Aggravated Assault, Causing Bodily Harm with Intent, Use of a Firearm in the Commission of an Offence and with Pointing a Firearm.
Finley was ordered to stand trial following a Preliminary Inquiry in June.
The charges stem from an alleged incident in the Roe Lake area back in March of 2016.
RCMP say a 42-year old man was shot in the arm.
