Attempted Break and Enter in Lac La Hache

The 100 Mile RCMP responded to over one hundred complaints and calls this past week.

One of those calls was to the soccer fields in 100 Mile where a lady had reported someone shooting a firearm around city limits. RCMP were unable to locate the shooter but found a deceased grouse nearby. The RCMP want to remind the public that discharging a firearm within the District of 100 Mile is prohibited.

The RCMP also dealt with an attempted break and enter to a Lac La Hache business. 2 males and 1 female tried to break a window before being confronted by a bystander. RCMP have arrested the female suspect but are still looking for the 2 males.

Anyone with information relating to this incident are asked to called the 100 Mile RCMP.
